If your school is currently using or considering using RTI (response to intervention) or incorporating the principles of UDL (Universal Design for Learning) into the classroom, this new training will help participants employ student assessment devices (commonly referred to as ‘clickers’ or student response systems) with these highly effective group of strategies. The focus of this professional development event will be on the integration of this technology into the curriculum, regardless of the brand or type of student response system used, or the curricular area.  You can use one of our systems OR bring a set of clickers you already have at your school.  Also included will be tips on composing strong test items that will provide effective assessments of student learning.  This new class has been added to help you make your classroom a more inclusive environment for the struggling learner.  NOTE: This training does NOT include equipment.

Registration must be received 2 weeks prior to the first class unless noted otherwise. Cancellation Policy: There is no charge if your registration cancellation is received at least 2 weeks prior to start of class. Graduate course fee refunds follow the university policy.
