Registration and Payment Confirmation

Confirmation of registration will be e-mailed (or upon request US mailed) within 7 days of receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation AFTER payment or receipt of purchase order has been confirmed.

Forms of Payment Accepted

For payment by Visa/Discover please CALL 800-966-9638 and ask for Wapakoneta Conference registration. Online payments are NOT accepted at this time. You may also register by phone at this same number.

Purchase orders or checks are also welcome, mailed to Wapakoneta Conference, NWOET, 245 Troup, Bowling Green, Ohio 43403. Mailed registrations must be RECEIVED no later than July 10, 2008.

The $15.00 registration fee includes lunch; there is no additional charge for certificate of professional development; those registering for graduate credit will receive additional information regarding costs, fees and required texts (if any) from the institution granting credit
